YOUR ROLE

As Head of HR (m/f/d), you will act as a strategic partner to the management team and actively contribute to the further development of our organization. You will be responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the HR function, continuously developing modern HR structures and processes, and shaping our corporate culture together with our leaders. By combining strategic HR expertise with operational excellence, you will create the foundation for sustainable employee development and organizational success.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively participate in the leadership team and provide strategic advice to management on all HR and organizational matters
Develop and implement a future-oriented HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives
Take overall responsibility for the HR function, including processes, structures, and standards
Provide professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the HR team
Advise and support managers as a trusted partner on all matters related to leadership, employee development, and people management
Take responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle – from workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding to employee development and long-term retention
Design and implement initiatives for leadership development, talent management, and employee growth
Ensure professional HR operations and compliance with labor law, tax, and social security requirements
Manage and further develop HR metrics, analyses, and reports to support strategic decision-making
Take responsibility for HR workforce planning and budget management
Actively shape a modern leadership culture and corporate culture while promoting a positive employee experience

YOUR PROFILE

Completed university degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally in a senior HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and HR-related legal requirements
Proven experience in leading and developing employees as well as advising managers
Strong understanding of HR processes, employee development, and modern HR practices
Experience with HR systems and digital HR processes
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a confident professional presence
Passion for driving change, taking ownership, and creating sustainable improvements
Experience working within organizational structures in start-ups, scale-ups, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
